I’m Trang, a Vietnamese native, living in Ho Chi Minh City.


I'm a dedicated one with a highly responsible working attitude, an Executive Secretary and Administration Team Leader with over 5 years of experience providing high-level support to senior executives plus more than 10 years of experience working in the Administration field.

I also have working experience in the Hospitality industry and possess high customer service orientation skills.


In addition, I’m a tech-savvy one and have keen interest in music and art. I love exploring new things and staying updated with the latest knowledge.


Besides, I’m an independent contractor/contributor working for several AI (Artificial Intelligence) training projects worldwide.

  • As an agent, provide homestays/apartments for lease and hospitality/travel services (car/motorbike/bicycle rental, visa on arrival, airport pick-up, tour guide services, etc.)
  • Liaise with property/apartment owners and guests on reservations.
  • Train and manage cleaners/housekeepers.
  • Handle guest bookings on Airbnb, Agoda and Booking.com and take care of guests during their stays.
  • Handle guest complaints: Stay calm and listen -> Identify the type of guest I’m speaking -> Find the real source of the complaint -> Find and offer a solution -> Follow up to confirm that the problem was resolved -> Turning a guest complaint into a rave review.
  • Maintain relationship with guests for future reservations.

  • Review documents before sending them to CEO for signatures.
  • Book domestic and international flights (either booking directly on websites or using an agency).
  • Arrange business trips for CEO’s and Top Management.
  • Assist CEO/Top Management with recruitment processes: searching and screening CVs, arranging interviews, etc.
  • Liaise with Hong Kong team and USA team
